Simone Yoga & Massage, based in and around East Grinstead, offers Yoga sessions for all abilities and relaxing massage sessions. Yoga and massage promote positive mental and physical wellbeing by reducing stress, improving sleep, digestion and more!
The benefits of Yoga are increased flexibility, building strength, improve balance, coordination, mobility and more! All classes and bespoke sessions can be adapted to suit a gentle or a more stronger practice.
The benefits of massage are restoring tired muscles, improve circulation, ease tension, sooth nerve endings, enhance detoxification and helps with congested sinuses, earache, painful neck, shoulders and more!

I'm Simone, the owner, instructor and masseuse at Simone Yoga & Massage based in East Grinstead. I’m fully trained and insured to teach a variety of Yoga styles and massage.
I really enjoy living in East Grinstead with my husband and two sons. I love being part of the local community as a Yoga teacher, Beaver Leader and co-vice chair of my local school’s Parent and Friends Association. Most days I’m rushing about and that’s where my Yoga practice helps!
I started my Yoga journey over 11 years ago when I had my first son and I haven’t looked back! It really helped me, after gaining weight and having postnatal depression.
I'm a huge advocate for the benefits of practicing Yoga for improving mental and physical health. Another, great way to help overall wellbeing is through massage which is another one of my passions. I love what I do and it’s a privilege to teach and offer massage.
